This project was a converted warehouse shell with only the external and rooftop deck area completed. The internal spaces spread over 3 x levels; the ground level consisted of a lock up garage, main entry and a study nook. The first level has 2 x bedrooms, one with an ensuite and the other access to a bathroom. The second level with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to an outdoor living area and rooftop deck area.
